About Privé Avenue
Privé Avenue is an invitation-only consulting house for leaders who expect more from their organizations, and from their lives. We advise on mindset, enterprise strategy, and curated lifestyle management: from the culture inside a practice to the way a principal's calendar, travel, and family life are arranged around performance.
This platform is the private side of that work. Active clients use it to message their Partner directly, raise concierge requests, exchange documents in confidence, and follow the engagements we run together. Students of Privé Avenue Institute use it to follow the Certified Healthcare Leadership Professional™ (CHLP) curriculum, track their modules, and schedule sessions with faculty.
It is built for a specific person: the dental or medical practice owner, the administrator, the executive, the entrepreneur. Men and women responsible for teams, for patients, and for outcomes, who would rather lead with clarity than with volume. Discretion is not a feature here. It is the foundation.
Privé Avenue Partners is the firm behind it, founded by Tira Green, Founder / High Performance Business and Leadership Consultant. Every framework on this platform comes out of the firm's own advisory practice and is taught inside Privé Avenue Institute. Nothing here is licensed from someone else's playbook.

Sr. Director of Privé Avenue Institute
Liza brings more than twenty years of experience across human resources, operations, change management, project management, sales, corporate tax, and leadership. She has built and led teams, managed complex projects and client relationships, and advised professionals on the decisions that shape a career and an organization.
As Sr. Director of the Privé Avenue Institute she leads the Institute in full: its admissions and the Certified Healthcare Leadership Professional™ (CHLP) program, its curriculum and faculty, and how that curriculum is presented to students. She determines the experience of the Institute from first enquiry through graduation, holds the standard that each cohort is measured against, and sits on the board of advisors for the student leadership program.
