I specialize in strategic development, communication mastery, and experience-driven team culture. With a background in healthcare and a deep commitment to elevating professional performance, I help leaders and teams refine their culture, strengthen how they communicate, and create meaningful experiences that lead to high-performance results.
I am deeply passionate about development and leadership in the healthcare sector. Through the Privé Avenue Institute, I bring that passion to the students I mentor, inspiring them to grow into leaders who raise the standard of care in their own practices and communities.
I also believe that connection and long-term professional relationships are key to success in the healthcare industry. Trusted relationships, built deliberately and held over time, open doors, strengthen practices, and sustain leaders through every stage of growth.

Liza brings more than twenty years of experience across human resources, operations, change management, project management, sales, corporate tax, and leadership. She has built and led teams, managed complex projects and client relationships, and advised professionals on the decisions that shape a career and an organization. She has also served as Vice President of a trade school, where she oversaw academic programs, faculty and student outcomes, and the operational standards behind a successful institution.
As Sr. Director of the Privé Avenue Institute she ensures admissions remains a smooth process for every applicant and that the Certified Healthcare Leadership Professional™ (CHLP) training stays in order and compliant at every stage. She also sits on the board of advisors for the student leadership program.
Her focus at the Institute is the student experience: an environment where each healthcare leader is supported as an individual rather than a number, and where the leadership, communication, and career advancement they learn is something they can apply the moment they return to their organizations.
